Yes, we work on demand. If there is only one pet to transport, we do it without problem. Then, there is the possibility of joining for clients with the same destination.

How long in advance should I plan my pet's trip?

This will depend on the destination of your trip. There are countries in which health regulations are very strict, therefore it may be necessary to plan the trip several months in advance. For trips within Argentina, the process is likely to be faster, although we recommend at least planning the trip 15 days in advance in all cases.

What vaccines does my pet need to travel?

In almost all cases, it is necessary for your pet to have the following vaccines: 2 quintuples with coronavirus, 2 sextuples with leptospirosis, and rabies. However, each country has its health regulations and our veterinarian will get the pet the one required in the country of destination.

What documents does my pet need to travel?

Health certificate issued by a registered veterinarian, certificate of internal and external deworming, complete and up-to-date vaccinations, and in some cases, such as in Europe, it is necessary for the pet to have a chip. It is possible that, depending on the country, more or less documentation is required, but in general this is what we present to senasa to request the export permission.

How should I feed and prepare my pet before I travel?

It is recommended to reduce the amount of food the day before, and offer a light meal 5 to 7 hours before giving it to us. Also, do not forget to give it enough water. If the trip was for cargo, the pet owner must go to customs and hire a customs broker (we help them with some contacts). Then, if the destination is close, you can choose to transport your pet on your own, or hire another transport company if it is far away.

Is it possible to schedule a trip without advance?

This will depend on the capacity of places that the airline has. In any case, it is necessary to bear in mind that carrying out a trip in an urgent or sudden way can be more expensive. Ideally, as we mentioned above, is to schedule the trip at least 15 days in advance.

Do you make very long trips or with several stops?

Generally, we try to make direct flights so that the pets do not arrive tired from so many stops. However, each flight can be direct for up to 12 hours at a time, therefore, if it exceeds that number of hours, we must make a stopover.

Is there a destination where you do not make transports?

At the moment, no. We make transports to any part of the world. In any case, it is necessary to bear in mind that some destinations may involve a high cost.

Is there a possibility that a transport has a discount in the price?

This will depend on the number of clients who book the same flight / trip. The more people who book the same trip, the lower the price will be.

Should I sedate my pet so that it can travel safely?

Since there are almost the same variety of medications for dogs as for humans, it may be tempting to give your pet a sedative or pain reliever for the trip.
