PER LOAD
How does my pet travel?
Your pet will travel in a place specially prepared for it in the hold of the plane, unaccompanied. In technical language, it is in the “Hall 5” (Bodega 5) of any commercial airplane. The captain controls that the pet enters and exits the plane, and that the hold is pressurized and heated.
Inside the hold, your pet will travel calmly and safely in its IATA-approved carrier box (also called “carrier”), which will have absorbent paper so that your pet can relieve itself without getting dirty or wet.
How is the transport process?
Preparation & procedures
First of all, once you contact us to request our service, you will need to complete a form with a series of personal and pet data in order to travel. Once this is done, we reserve a place for your pet in the hold of the plane, taking into account the date or the days that are most comfortable for you for the trip. We must take care of validating that your pet meets all the necessary requirements to enter the destination country: vaccines, deworming, good health certificates, microchip (if necessary), among other things.
Boarding & travel
Secondly, we pick up your pet from his home at least two days before the flight so that it is relaxed in our canine hotel. We have comfortable and safe kennels, and we also give it water and food. On the day of the flight, we go with your pet to the international airport, carry out the boarding process, and wait at the airport until the plane takes off.
Arrival & delivery
Finally, when your pet arrives at its destination, you must go to customs and hire a customs broker (we can help you with some contacts) in order to receive your pet. Then, if the destination is close, you can choose to move your pet on your own, or hire another transport company if it is very far.

- In case your pet does not have a microchip and it is required for the destination country, we have a microchip placement service and implantation certification under the management of a licensed veterinarian
- In case of any type of emergency with your pet, you can rest easy because we have registered veterinarians available 24 hours a day
- It is not necessary that you have your own transport box for your pet, we have several approved by the IATA. We will send you one to your home, free of charge, so your pet can acclimatize and feel comfortable in it before its flight
- Once your pet is with us, we provide water permanently and the necessary food before each flight
- We offer dog grooming service (bath and complete grooming) for pets before each flight
- We provide you with the flight number and guide so that you have the necessary travel data, and you can follow the flight at all times until you meet your pet
WITH COMPANION
How does my pet travel?
Your pet will travel in the cabin of the plane, along with the rest of the passengers, as long as it weighs less than or equal to 9 kilos. If it exceeds this weight, it must travel in the hold of the plane.
The difference with the “per load” service is that, in this case, your pet will travel with a person who will be on the plane with it and will accompany it throughout the trip. Upon arrival at the destination, the delivery is in person at the airport, or at home in case it is difficult for you to get to the airport.

If you want to transfer your pet from Argentina to another country on your own, we offer you this service. What do we do? We take care of EVERYTHING so that you don’t have to worry about anything other than traveling with your pet in peace.
What does it include specifically?
- We take care of advice on ticket issuance (not all airlines accept any pet and, in addition, their characteristics, place of destination, among other issues, must be taken into account).
- We process all the corresponding and necessary documentation so that your pet can leave the country (SENASA papers).
- We put the microchip on your pet in case it doesn't have it.
- We prepare and deliver you the transport box approved by IATA so that your pet can travel comfortably and safely.
- We accompany you to the airport on the day of the flight, and we help you with immigration and health procedures. We stay with you until you board.
